Shipping Policy

We want your blooms and gifts to reach you safely and on time. Please take a moment to read our shipping guidelines below.


1. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila & Nearby Areas)

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via Lalamove.

Delivery rates are fixed but may vary depending on the city/area.

Shipping includes insurance — if your order is damaged during transit, we’ll replace it and send a new one at no extra cost.

We dispatch orders twice daily: morning (11AM–12PM) and afternoon (3PM–4PM). Dispatch is the time we book a courier, not the arrival time.

We cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Additional charges may apply during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays, etc.).

Once we send photos and you confirm, no changes can be made. Any changes afterward will incur a ₱200 service fee.


2. Personal Pick-Up at Our Studio

Wait for our confirmation and photos before heading to our studio.

Pick-up schedules: morning (11AM–12PM) and afternoon (3PM–4PM).

No delivery fee will be charged for pick-ups.


3. Provincial Shipping (Outside Metro Manila)

We ship nationwide via J&T Express from Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery time: Luzon — 5 to 7 business days, Visayas to Mindanao — 7 to 9 business days.

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they stay safe during transit.

A tracking link will be sent once available.

Once we send photos and you confirm, no changes can be made. Any changes afterward will incur a ₱200 service fee.
